The employee at the cash register can be standing there otherwise completely idle, with apparently not a single solitary other thing to do, and he'll throw the towels you're buying into a bag all rumpled up because he had to unfold them to find the price tags and simply cannot be bothered to refold them. Yes, it matters.

Checked to see if they possibly had some Halloween deals, low and behold they did and I got a great deal on a haunted tree set lights and sounds 75% off, also the last time I was there I checked out the Christmas decor, I saw these solar window Rudolph and Frosty's, there was 1 Rudolph and multiple Frosty's, I went to the back of the store to look at a few Halloween items and when I went back no Rudolph, Sheesh! So I bought a Frosty, as I was walking to the cashier I noticed a type of castle, there was only one left and I've been looking for one for awhile, what luck, pressed the button and it was great, sounds and lights, perfect, I left happy 😊. Now back to today, before I left with my tree set I checked out the Christmas decor just for the heck of it and I'm glad I did because they restocked and YES there it was Rudolph, grabbed it and cashed out. I happened to be out and about today and before I went home I took a shot and it paid off turning it into another enjoyable experience at Big Lots.

Pathetic, is the only word that comes to mind on our experience tonight. We were out looking for a new t.v. stand and found the perfect one. So we found the furniture associate and told him what one we wanted. With out skipping a beat he said it will take 8 weeks to get. Mind you he never looked it up, at all. I said the card on it says "take home today" , he said "well it's wrong". I asked if he was sure about that and he said yes. So we left sat in our car and ordered it online and it will be delivered to our house in 5-7 days. Days, not 8 weeks, 5-7 days. We will not be back to that store.

I visited this location when visiting Erie for shopping south of the border. Small location with ample parking. Inside is clean, and generally fair priced for discount goods. Typical low quality furniture, however, it does appear to be a good place to pickup low price Kuerig KCups current pricing was $25 for a large box. Seemingly a good deal. Staff wasn't particularly friendly or helpful.

Awesome store, some pretty good deals. Just wanted to say though, I was leaving and noticed an employee sitting on the concrete out front. Atleast a corporation like big lots should do is , BUY A BENCH....
